Used to have a link here on my blog that showed "Who's Visited Lately". It was a nice list of where my visitors came from via the URL.
I just reviewed it saw a bunch of weird ones. Clicked on them and discovered they were Japanese p-orn sites!
Now why in the hell would there be a click to my blog from them? Are they just trying to find some sneaky ways to advertise more or what?!? In any case, I've deleted that counter. Sheesh!

Hi Blondie, I'm a new member of
10dollarswonder.com I consider my self some what in the middle as far as webs smarts but this site kind of leaves me wondering what's it all about Alfie !! lol they are not easy to understand in simple mined people terms for a simple simon like me. Can you or anyone in simple terms tell me how this works please ! Thanks Blondie thank garsh for you !! , urs mike
Oh garsh Michael :(
Tell me you didn't put too much in there to start.
In a nutshell, you buy a position and as others buy or re-purchase you cycle a dime on each $10.
The problem is it's been running almost 3 yrs now so (how do I say this nicely?), it's fizzled out.
A 10 that I repurchased on 9-18 has only cycled 18 times = $1.80.
I would NOT recommend this program to anyone now. And I'm sorry that you didn't contact me first about it. Dang :(
Hope that was a good enough answer for you. Even though it was a crappy one. Sorry
Amen on the warning about 10DollarsWonder!
Thanks Jim.
Yeah, we know better now huh? lol

Hi Judy, Martyn here, I was thinking of throwing some money at 10DW as I already have an account there, but like yours, my account hasn't moved in over a year, mainly because I reinvested the money to repurchase instead of taking it out and buying new positions. Because of the new regs, the only way to get it moving again is to buy new. I guess it's another lesson learned. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
Here's another comment from Martyn posted on my Sunday note. Thought I'd move it to here (just cause):
"I wonder if the recession is to blame for the hit and run effect. It's a shame people don't trust the programs they have invested in and reinvest to keep it going. Cheers, Martyn"
Hey Martyn, re 10DW. It was very good in the beginning and even after a change or two. Unfortunately the last of the changes made it really tough to earn a buck here. Just my 2 cents :)
Not sure if the recession is the cause or just that folks are learning how to play without losing. Both good and bad. Because those who don't learn fast enough OR are loyal OR get greedy are the ones who take the beating.
