Heads Up

If you are planning to "play" in the new program that Kazzy and EL (PAC) are opening sometime next week, you will need both STP and Liberty Reserve accounts. You can pay your one time $10 from either one but will need both in order to receive payments to either one. OK?

A Summary of the Main Features of the Program:
The Cost is only $10. You will not have to pay anything else ,Ever.
You won't need to refer, Ever.
You will earn $2000 Perpetually, not just once.
Payouts are daily.

And there are no referral commissions in this one so we'll all be on a level playing field. But the more who join will obviously benefit the program.

Hey Mike,
My guess on the name is that your gmail is attached to a blogspot called victoria.
Also you need the 2 different pay processors to collect funds.
If everyone else paid via LR, you would need an LR account in order to get paid.
Just my thoughts :)
